For those of you who have been following the evolution of the Bitcoin ecosystem in recent months, the announcement regarding Mike Tyson running his own Bitcoin ATM made a lot of media headlines. Mike Tyson Seems To Enjoy Bitcoin

Innovative technologies gain tremendous credibility boosts whenever a celebrity endorses the concept. In this case, none other than Mike Tyson decided to venture into the world of Bitcoin and digital currency by launching his own branded Bitcoin ATM a few months ago.

As if that wasn’t enough, Tyson is now planning to launch his own Bitcoin wallet server, thanks to a partnership with Bitcoin Direct. Some people might remember that name as this is the same company who helped set up the first ever Mike Tyson Bitcoin ATM a little while ago.

As one would come to expect, this new Bitcoin wallet will provide users with easy access to both buy and sell Bitcoin through the Gildera exchange. Additionally, purchasing the digital currency from the branded ATM is possible as well, as the app can generate a QR code to act as a mobile Bitcoin wallet.

Unfortunately, the application is only available to iOS users right now, although an Android version will be coming in the near future. No official release date has been announced for the Android version, though, but the developers have mentioned it will come very soon.

Design-wise, there is no denying the Bitcoin wallet app is Mike Tyson-branded. In the background, users will recognize his face tattoo, which gives the mobile application a very sleek look and feel. Novice users will appreciate the simple and elegant layout, without too many bells and whistles they probably won’t need anytime soon.

Assuming this Bitcoin wallet becomes quite popular, it would help bring more legitimacy to digital currency in general. By giving people a service they can recognize and easily associate with someone they all know, Bitcoin adoption can really thrive because of this move.
